In addition to attending classes at RHS, the students took trips to New York. They visited the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, the Tenement Museum, the Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center and the United Nations. There were also overnight trips to Boston, Philadelphia, Washington DC and Baltimore. The students were accompanied by their teachers Nils Harbsmeier and Andrea Bischoff. German teacher Ruth Parks, who coordinated the visit, received positive feedback from both parents and students. Pictured are students at the Empire State Building with Ms. Parks.
